Desperation

Declan has learned how to climb stairs....

out of desperation!

When I go upstairs to get a shower or to help Corin get his teeth brushed and hair combed he would crawl to the landing, scream and cry.

Now he will start his climb up still while crying so he can be with me.

So in an effort to keep him safe, I put him in his crib

Corin brought him up his pacie, blanket and toys which seemed to calm him down after awhile, but I had to sneak by so he wouldn't see me.
